Q: How can we work together if I am not based in NY?
A: No worries! We can always set up video calls, talk over the phone and via emails. We are working a lot with international clients so we've got your back! All rings can be shipped by an insured carrier anywhere in the US.
Q: How long will it take to receive my MOJ engagement ring?
A: The process may vary depending on your decisions making but it will take about 4 to 6 to manufacture the ring once you've picked the right stone and the perfect setting. Once an item ships, it should arrive in priority overnight or 2 days.
My own stone
Q: Can you set my own stone?
A: If you have a family stone or already purchased it somewhere else, no problem! We will gladly work with you creating the perfect setting with a flat fee of $500 excluding the mounting and extra stones.
Q: What if I just purchase my diamond online?
A: No no no, we strongly advice against it! Every stone has its own life and even if a couple of GIA reports may show the same characteristics they might be totally different visually. A diamond needs to be picked thoroughly and see in real. This is why you use our service as we know exactly what to look for and present you with the most beautiful diamonds. Moreover, only 10% of the diamond inventory is listed online but we have access to worldwide stones.

Q: What is your return policy on Bridal?A: All sales are final as the products are custom made for you.
SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
Shipping
All bridal are shipped overnight in the US. International shipping can be arranged.
Payment
We request 80% of the total value to secure the diamond and start producing the mounting. The balance is required when the ring is complete and before shipping.
Forms of accepted payments
We accept checks, wire or ACH transfers. Sorry, credit cards or cryptocurrencies are not accepted.
Tax
New York sales taxes is 8.8875% and will be collected on orders picked up in our office or shipped to an address in New York State.
CLEANING AND CARE
Diamond jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.
- Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
- Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.
- To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the gold and diamonds.
