Step 1: First Consultation
During your first appointment, we will examine your old piece of jewelry, talk about your ideas and budget to bring it back to life! Don't worry, if you are not based in NY we can always talk through conference calls, emails and messages!
Step 2: Settings options
Maureen will design 3 sketches keeping in mind all your requirements but adding her French touch!
NB: if you happen to need more options there might be an extra charge for more drawings. But it's unlikely!
Step 3: Setting Creation
After selecting the perfect setting, your piece will be made in our workshop in New York. The process will take from 4 to 6 weeks to be complete. Then your new piece can be delivered anywhere in the word!

FAQ's
Fees: For a custom-made piece, there will be a $500 fee plus the cost of the mounting and extra stones if needed. The idea is to understand your desire at the first drawings (max of 3) but if you need more options, there might be a little extra fee per new rendering.
Lead time: After the final decision, the process will take between 4 to 6 weeks to be finished. It might be early but we are better safe than sorry!
