Q: How long will it take to receive my MOJ fine jewelry piece?A: We partner with UPS so your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible. If the order exceeds a certain amount we will use a more secure service to deliver your piece.
Each piece is made to order in our newyorker workshop. Once you place your order it will take about 4 to 6 to manufacture your fine jewelry piece. You can always track your order through your account or the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is sent out. International shipping can be arranged.
Q: How will I know my order has shipped?A: We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. In the US, standard shipping (1 to 3 business days) is free. Fees for Express shipping (1 business day) are calculated at the checkout and vary depending on your city.
Q: What about a lost package?A: If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at contact@babyojewelry.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been market delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (Us only). Please note that Baby O is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared "Delivered" by the delivery service.
Q: What is your return policy on fine jewelry?A: All sales are final as the products are custom made for you.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex, as well as, PayPal an Apple Pay.
Q: How do you charge Sales Taxes?A: Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State and is calculated at the checkout depending on your city.
CLEANING AND CARE
Diamond jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.
- Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
- Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.
- To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the gold and diamonds.

Q: Does my jewelry piece come with certificate of authenticity?
A: Every item has its own certificate of authenticity and will be included with the piece of jewelry.
A: All Maureen O jewelry arrives with beautiful gift-ready packaging and a card if specify at the checkout but is not gift wrapped.
